Gartner is a registered trademark of Gartner, Inc. or its affiliates. 1 Service Description ■Gartner for IT Leaders Advisor Workgroup Essentials is a cloud based service which provides clients with access to research and advice about information technology and the functional responsibilities of specific IT roles. ■The Cloud offerings from Gartner are built on the expertise of our 890 research analysts and 500 consultants; the world’s largest repository of knowledge on the business of IT. 117 analysts have expertise in the field of cloud with our database of IT research containing 1,400 research reports providing specific guidance on best practice for cloud deployment and strategy. Gartner covers all aspects of cloud including crucial topics such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud sourcing, cloud security, cloud strategy, cloud governance and IT cost optimisation through cloud. ■The service provides a tailored service to assist members with their key initiatives and challenges and is focussed on supporting cloud and digital strategies. –Gartner helps clients through difficult decisions, by providing independent, actionable advice on how and where to reduce cost and deploy IT to add value, drive innovation and manage risk. –Clients benefit from an unbiased, outside perspective on best practices— contextualized to their situation—and save time through our proactive delivery. –Our fact-based guidance helps clients reduce the risk of critical product decisions, negotiate money ‑ saving terms and conditions, and maximize returns on their IT investments –We act as an extension of a client’s team, proactively delivering actionable, independent insight to professionals at all levels of the organization. –We help clients understand what emerging technologies and trends mean for their organizations and over what time frame. Price ■Gartner will bill a firm fixed price of £4,700 excl. The Service provides access to Gartner Research and Gartner Analysts related to specific IT roles. Workgroup Essentials Members may participate in Analyst Inquiry provided their Workgroup Essentials Advisor schedules and facilitates the Inquiry session. 2. Summit Event Ticket is not included. Each Workgroup Essentials Member (a) may open an unmetered number of Weekly Picks, News Analysis, and Webinars; and (b) is entitled to access the Gartner Research documents listed in the first column above, as follows: 1. Shared Document Allocation – Share in a total document allocation equivalent to 20 (twenty) Gartner Research documents times the number of Members in the Workgroup. 2. Reversals – Up to 20 (twenty) reversals (to reverse a debit of specific documents) during the subscription term. Gartner for IT Leaders Advisor Workgroup Essentials (the “Service”) is an expanded version of the Gartner for IT Leaders Advisor offering that enables access to Gartner resources in a workgroup environment. The Service provides access to Gartner Research and Gartner Analysts related to specific IT roles. DELIVERABLES This Service is accessible by a Gartner for IT Leaders Workgroup Essentials Advisor (the “Workgroup Essentials Advisor”) and by his/her direct reports or cross-functional teams (the “Workgroup Essentials Members”), as set forth in the Service Agreement. Gartner is a registered trademark of Gartner, Inc. or its affiliates. 7 Ordering and Invoicing Process ■Gartner will bill for 100% of the fees at contract signing ■All invoices are payable net 30 days from date of invoice ■This service is subject to, and governed by, the Gartner Events: Online Registration Terms & Conditions section and the Usage Guidelines for Gartner Services of the Gartner Terms & Conditions document accompanying this service. Pricing ■Gartner will bill a firm fixed price of £4,700 excl. VAT, incl. all expenses for this service Financial Recompense Model ■In the event that a Service does not meet the specifications set out in the applicable Service Description, the breach will be handled in accordance with the Liability and Termination terms set out in the Call-Off Agreement Termination Terms (by Consumer/by the Supplier) ■Services may be terminated only for material breach by either party, upon 30 days prior written notice, if the breach is not cured within the notice period Gartner Service Definition — Gartner for IT Leaders — Advisor Workgroup Essentials (ITLESSWGM)
