7 + Quick Activity 1) Which rock is composed completely of olivine? 2) Which rock is composed of only two minerals? 3) Name three rocks which contain Biotite? 4) Which two rocks contain about 60% Plagioclase Feldspar, 10% Biotite, and 30% Amphibole? 5) Darker more Mafic rocks contain which minerals? 6) Write out the percentages of the minerals found in pumice.

8 + Activity Part 2 Create Questions. Use the igneous reference table to create 2 questions. 1) A question which asks them about the properties of one of the rocks (texture, grain size, mafic/ felsic, color, intrusive/extrusive) 2) A question about the mineral percentage in one of the rocks.
