2 Monday, April 28, 2014 Agenda WN: What’s the best book you have read all year? Write up what you would say for a book talk…we might ask you to create a video of your book talk if it’s good enough! Library Day – Be sure to bring your books! Last AR Deadline for the year – Friday, May 16 th Non-fiction AR test due by next Monday!

What is the purpose of writing poetry?

Begin Poetry Project today – introduce what we are going to do and share the rubric. Assign to write Sensory poem *PreAP – begin researching poets on your own. Be ready to decide who your favorite poet is that we’ve read in class or that you have researched on your own.
