Go to UPS.com Click Register at the bottom
Fill this screen out with your info and click Next!
Fill out your Contact info and Shipping Defaults. Then scroll down for more!
You can receive emails, or not! In section 4 select “Use a Credit Card”
Fill in your pCard information! And scroll down
Answer 5 & 6 then click Next!
When you are ready to ship…go to UPS.com and click Log In at the bottom
Use your Log In Information
This screen will appear. It gives you many options!
Click the Shipping tab and “Create a Shipment” from the dropdown
Fill out the recipients info in section 1 and be sure to save the address for next time!
Verify your info Select Package type Select How to ship it
Since you already set your pCard as the default when you registered, this part should be set for you!
Be sure to print 2 copies of the shipping label Give one to the reconciler and approver of the pCard in use!
UPS is a Level 3 Merchant Click the Brown Arrow Icon for detailed info Note: Shipping is ALWAYS Svc/Tax Exempt!
If you ship a lot, UPS and FedEx can invoice you so that there is one PaymentNet transaction for multiple shipments. (as seen here)
