4 AMBIT ENERGY CALIFORNIA QUESTIONS What if I am already with another gas provider? If a customer has been with another supplier less than 10 months, the customer will need to switch back to PG&E. Once they are back with PG&E, the customer can enroll with Ambit to be effective on their next meter read date. They will remain with PG&E for 1 bill cycle.

The CARE discount for the customer’s gas commodity, distribution and transmission charges will continue to appear on the PG&E portion of the bill and the discount would be the same as if the customer remained a bundled customer with PG&E. Can a customer that's enrolled in the CARE program be eligible for service?

6 AMBIT ENERGY CALIFORNIA QUESTIONS Does PG&E still provide my bill? Yes PG&E still does the billing the only change you will see is Ambit Energy's name on the bill for the supply portion.

7 AMBIT ENERGY CALIFORNIA QUESTIONS Am I correct that a customer can change from variable to fixed rate at any time? If so how do they do it? Call in? Online? Online? Can they also switch from fixed to variable since there is no cancellation fee? Yes customer can change from a Term to Variable or Variable to Term at any time, without ETF. The customer can change plans through their online account or a call into Customer Care.

8 AMBIT ENERGY CALIFORNIA QUESTIONS Yes, the customer can switch but their supply charges will not be included in the Balanced Payment Plan. The customer will be removed from the BPP and any true-ups will appear on their next invoice. After Ambit’s enrollment is submitted, the customer can contact PG&E to reinstate the BPP for their delivery charges only. If the request is made before the next billing date the true-up can be avoided. I am on a balanced payment plan? Can I still switch?

9 AMBIT ENERGY CALIFORNIA QUESTIONS Your first bill will reflect the rate you chose at the time of the switch. After the first bill your new rate will reflect the current variable rate. (Corporate is working on tools to provide the current variable rate to the field since it is not always the same rate that is posted on the consultants JoinAmbit web site. In the meantime, please contact Consultant Support for rate information.) What happens if I sign up for the variable and the rate changes?
