2 Is there a national Serta advertising campaign supporting this event? No. This event is exclusively for FMG member retailers that carry Serta Motion Adjustable beds. All participating FMG members should have received flyers (see right). If the flyers have not been received or if additional flyers are needed please print more by going to www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/currentnews.aspx

3 Which Serta products are included in the event? Consumers qualify for a gift card by purchase of the following items during the promotional period: One of the following Serta Motion Adjustable Bases: Motion Comfort * Motion Signature Motion Perfect * Motion Essentials AND One of the following Serta Mattresses: iComfort * iSeries * Bellagio Trump * Perfect Sleeper 1 * Serta Memory Foam The amount of the gift card is determined by the motion base purchased. Purchase including the Motion Custom, Motion Signature and Motion Perfect adjustable foundations qualify for a $200 Gift Card. Purchase of the Motion Essentials adjustable foundation qualifies for a $100 Gift Card. Serta Adjustable foundations are available in Twin XL, Full (by special order), Queen, King and Cal King. King and Cal King mattresses require two twin KL foundations. NOTE: A queen set—mattress and foundation will receive one gift card. A king set—mattress and two Twin XL foundations qualifies for one gift card. 1 Promotional Perfect Sleeper models not included.

5 What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card? Here are the steps(continued): 1.Customer makes purchase. Store provides Customer a flyer explaining how to go about getting their gift card. (see flyer, right). Stores have been sent flyers to be given customers at time of sale. If, for any reason, flyers are not available, it is possible to go to the Current News page at www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/currentnews.aspx to download and print a copy of the flyer which can be given to the customer. (No password is required to access this page.) www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/currentnews.aspx Note: A king adjustable foundation is comprised of two twin XL bases. Only one gift card will be issued. Consumers may qualify for more than one gift card by purchasing more than one complete mattress and adjustable foundation set. One gift card per complete mattress and adjustable base set. There is no limit on the number of gift cards per customer. Front Back Postcard to be given to consumers after purchase.

6 What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card? Here are the steps(continued): 2. Record of qualifying sale. At the conclusion of the event, each participating retailer must provide to FMG a listing of all Customers that have made a qualifying purchase during the event. This simple spreadsheet requires a modest amount of information--name, address, phone, retailer, branch, date and items purchased. Go to http://www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/Currentnews.aspx to view and download the spreadsheet “Dealer Worksheet Motion Madness”http://www.fmgbuyinggroup.com/Currentnews.aspx Only customers with a DELIVERY COMPLETION DATE indicated are eligible to receive a gift card. The last date to submit a voucher request is December 31, 2014. The sale must be completed and FMG must be notified prior to that date.

7 What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card? Here are the steps (continued): 3. Purchased items are delivered to the Customer. Store notifies FMG using the Dealer Worksheet Motion Madness spreadsheet (see prior page) that the Customer should be sent a voucher. FMG notifies Capitol Marketing that the voucher is to be released to the Customer. Note: Stores will not receive vouchers. Vouchers will be sent directly to consumers.

8 What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card? Here are the steps (continued): 4. Customer receives the voucher from Capitol Marketing. The voucher can be completed in writing and returned to Capitol Marketing by mail OR completed on- line by visiting http://www.sertapyp.com http://www.sertapyp.com and entering the voucher certificate number. Customer chooses the gift card they wish to receive when completing the voucher.

9 What has to happen for the customer to get the gift card? Here are the steps (continued): 5. Capitol Marketing provides a gift card by mail directly to the Customer. FMG and Retailer are notified by update on the Dealer Worksheet Motion Madness spreadsheet that the gift card has been sent. There is no charge to the consumer or to FMG member retailers for the gift cards. FMG member retailers do not have to handle the gift cards. Stores are only required to provide the list of qualifying customers. Vouchers will be sent to the customer, the customer will choose the gift card they prefer and the gift card will be sent directly to the consumer.

10 More Details Customers will receive a voucher for a gift card from Capitol Marketing/Meridian upon completion of the sale. The voucher is to be completed by the consumer either by mail or on-line. Customer will choose from among the offered gift cards at that time. Offer valid for purchases made between August 21, 2014 and September 8, 2014 only. Prior sales excluded. Only one gift card may be selected per voucher. There is no limit on the number of gift cards for which a customer may qualify. One gift card per each complete SERTA mattress and adjustable base set purchased. Upon receipt of the completed voucher, Capitol Marketing/Meridian will process the request and mail the gift card directly to the consumer in 2 to 4 weeks. Once issued a gift card can not be withdrawn. In the case of a return or cancellation where a gift card has been issued, the value of the gift card issued should be deducted from any refund by the retailer. Voucher certificates are completely transferable, but may not be resold under any circumstances. Voucher must submitted (post-marked or on-line on or before December 31, 2014. All taxes are the responsibility of the person receiving the redemption.

11 How is the event being supported? Vinyl 24 x 62.5" banner signs have been ordered for and sent to all FMG stores displaying at least one of the Serta Motion Adjustable bases. The banners have grommets so that they can be used on X-stands, mounted to a wall, or hung from the ceiling. The banners are being provided to FMG member retailers at no charge. Vinyl Banner

The Motion Madness promotion is designed to help your store get those sales at little or no cost. Please consider that the $100/$200 gift cards are being provided at no charge.
