1 Use this template as a starting point to submit your marketing materials to Amazon for review & approval. Using this template will help expedite the review & approval process. 1.) Review the guidelines by visiting www.amazon.com/corpgcbrand and clickwww.amazon.com/corpgcbrand 3.) Use the QuickCheck checklist to ensure each of your materials are ready for review.QuickCheck 2.) Add your materials to the following slides:  Use original graphic files or take screenshots, and copy & paste them into the following slides. Make sure all copy is legible, including the fine print. Feel free to add additional slides, as needed. Examples are meant to be deleted and replaced with your materials.  Make sure the complete user experience is detailed on the following slides, and materials are placed in the same order your customers will see them.  Include descriptive comments for all steps participants must take. You can add these comments to the notes section at the bottom of the presentation, or add new text by adding text boxes.  This document will be forwarded to many internal teams within Amazon, so it is very important that someone without prior knowledge of your program is able to understand the complete experience for a customer participating in your program.  If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact your account manager who can help. 4.) 3 E-mail blast, offer invitation. Will be sent to 35,000 existing customers. Customers click link in email and are taken to online landing page (slide #7):

4 Direct Mailer, offer invitation. Will be sent to 105,000 existing customers. Customers visit URL and are taken to online landing page (slide #7):

5 On-line banner ad. Will be featured on various paid placements as well as our company website. Estimated impressions are 300,000. Customers click banner ad and are taken to online landing page (slide #7):

7 On-line landing page. Customers click ‘BUY NOW’ button and are taken through our standard check-out pipeline (no Amazon mention). After purchase is finalized customer recieves gift card by email within two weeks as noted in our promotional terms & conditions.
