3. 3 RWC TICKET BALLOT ENTRY DETAILS Ticket Ballot Microsite:www.awexpressballot.com Password:ASONEWEEK ENTRY PROCESS Step 1:Fill out name and contract details (selecting preferred method) on Ballot Microsite Step 2:Select a maximum of 3 games by order of preference, from the fixture list Step 3:Read and accept the Terms & Conditions Step 4:Click Submit Step 5:Winners will be notified according to their preferred method of communication BALLOT PROCESS Every entrant will be assigned an entry number in order of when their entry was received In the first round, a random number will be generated on all first choice preferences for every match. These winning will correspond to the entry number assigned above If there are any tickets left over for each match, a second round will be run on second choice preferences for that match, followed by third choice preferences etc. Any returned tickets, will be added to a second round ballot on first choice preferences for that particular match This will continue until all tickets have been allocated
