Basic details of consignment will be enter by Users like: Consignor, Consignee, Delivery Date, Routes, Material, Weight Of Materials, Payment details etc. There is 2 option given to user if payment is through cash or cheque Incase payment is through cash, user need to click check box. If the payment is through cheque user have to click cheque button. New cheque detail form will be displayed to user User has to enter the cheque details for the payment Modify/Delete Booking User can make changes in existing booking before consignment loading

11.  Loading Freight loading Once the Bilty is created, consignment is loaded on the freight. Now user has to select among various Truck Type, Routes and Drivers. (Master information is added by the administrator already Modify/Delete Loading Delete Or Modify Existing Loading Details.  Labour Make bill Generate multiple Bill for Labor Date wise. Bill payment Bill Payment and Payment Status for Labour Paid status will help user to know whether the payment is Fully Paid /Excess Paid/Partially Paid  Delivery Delivery Form Provides The User With Consignment Status

12. ACCOUNT MENU  Receivable Form. User must add the details for the Amount to be received from the Account Type and Account name like Consignor. Payment Option is given to user to if the amount received through cash or cheque or advanced or if there is adjustment.  Payable has Sub Menu. Payable Item Form- User must add the payable item names with remarks in the form. Payable Form -Account payable form for payable like labour, driver, petrol and their paid status.  Account Statement Form User Can See The Account Statement/General Ledger For Customer Wise Or Contact Wise With Date Combination. It has export to Excel feature.

13.  Search Menu Bilty Details Form User can enquiry about booking, Bilty no by date,consignor,consignee, delivery of goods. Loading Details Form User search by loading details like Loading Date, challan no, etc.  Reports User can generate different reports- Bilty reports Bill report Freight memo report Truck maintenance report  Basic Settings Form- BS-Transport provides basic setting forms where Admin can update the Head/Branch office information like Company Name, Address, PAN Card, CST number, etc
