7 How to apply 25 th February.Complete the Non-Eu Application Form by 25 th February. The College of Arts and the International Affairs Office make an offer of places by mid-March. If you accept the offer you will be officially nominated as an exchange student to U. Ottawa You will need to follow the application procedure for Ottawa. NUIG International Office will advise.
