Pilot Project  The pilot project would be launched on a district of Herat, by installing Dehqan on simple phones of farmers to test and get feedbacks.  The pilot project would take one year.  6 months for developing and testing.  6 months for implementing the pilot project.  The estimated budget needed for pilot project is about 65000 USD

15. Future Plan  After outcome of pilot project, whole project implementation will start by:  Contracting Telecommunication company to provide Dehqan SIM card which the Dehqan application can be accessed.  Implementation of project would cover all over Afghanistan.
