1 Energized Superfood ​ Acai bowl ​​ Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries 1 1/2 frozen sliced bananas 3 tablespoons acai powder 1 3/4 cup of raw almond milk 1 tablespoon of raw almond butter 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of raw Blue Weber Agave Toppings : Fresh fruit, sliced ( kiwi, bananas and blackberries) 1 Cacao Maca Flavor U RAWK Raw Energy Bar Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional) Dried goji berries (optional) Chia or hemp seeds (optional) Directions: Add the frozen fruits, acai powder, almond milk, nut or seed butter, and honey to a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth, adding extra almond milk as needed to get the blender running. Aim for a frozen-yogurt consistency (it should be thicker than a smoothie). Spoon the acai mixture into bowls and top with sliced fruit, and a crumbled Cacao Maca U RAWk Bar.

2 Coconut Cream Berry Crunch ​ Ingredients: ​ ​ 1 3/4 cups raw cashew milk ​ 1 cups coconut cream ​ 1 Original Flavor U RAWk RawEnergy Bar 1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon ​ Handful of fresh blueberries Handful of fresh raspberries Directions: In a medium size bowl first add the coconut cream, then the fresh blueberries and raspberries. Gently crumble the Original Flavor U RAWk bar over theses. Slowly pour the raw cashew milk and then sprinkle with Ceylon cinnamon and enjoy!

3 Tropical Macadamia Parfait Ingredients: 2 cups Coconut milk yogurt 1 cup fresh pineapples chopped 1 cup sliced banana (medium size) 2 Macadamia Coconut Lime flavor U RAWk Raw Energy bar Directions: In a tall glass layer a few tablespoons of the pineapple, a little coconut milk yogurt and few tablespoons of the sliced bananas. Take the Macadamia Coconut Lime flavor U RAWk bar and crumble it over the bananas, then top with more coconut milk yogurt to create your first layer in the parfait. Repeat until you reach the top of the glass and then top with any remaining pineapple chunks.
