FROSTY FRUITS RECIPE Instructions: 1) Wash and cut fruits carefully. Cut strawberries into 2 peices. Cut bananas into 4. 2) Place fruit in ice cube trays. 3) Place wooden sticks into assorted fruit. 4) Put in freezer at least 3-4 hours. 5) Take out and eat a healthy snack!!!! LOVIN’ NUTRITION

Method 1 Make simple syrup by heating the sugar and water in a small saucepan until the sugar is dissolved completely. 2 Add the lemon juice and the sugar water to a pitcher. Used washed hands to mix it well, coating everything evenly. Pat the granola in the prepared baking pan. Use oven mitt to place in oven. Bake for 25-27 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Use knife to cut into bars while still warm. Mixture will become too hard to cut if it becomes cool.
