4 4) Click the drop down box 5) Click “Select All” and then “go” (it takes a while to respond, be patient)

5 6) Scroll down to the “F’s”

6 7) Click on the FIRST “Facilities Service Request” 8) Then Click “Add Channel”

7 9) You should see the new channel. If you want to change where it appears in the columns, click the positioning arrows. 10) When satisfied, click “Back to myWM Home Tab”

8 Here it is, ready to use.

10 1) Click on “Submit or Check Service Requests” Chapter 1

11 2) Click on “Service Request”

12 3) Click on “Create Service Request”

13 4) Please verify accuracy 5) Click “Next”

14 6) Click “New Web Request *Create your own request*”

15 7) Work Title: Where – Building, Room/Area What – Brief note. (sink leak, commode clogged, etc.) House 7 1 st flr commode clogged 8) Description of Work: More detailed notes if needed. They tried to use Draino. We’ve notified them that it’s dangerous for our plumbers and our pipes 9) Index & Chart: Not needed for building upkeep. 10) Click “Next”

16 11) Site: Is Always “WM” 12) Building: Click “Building” for choices or type the code if you know it. (NEVER enter the Floor or Room, the system is not programmed for it.)

17 13) Scroll down to find the building or type “Ctrl + F” to start typing the name, it will take you right to a match. Click the building.

18 14) Click “Next”

19 15) Review and Click “Finish”

20 For research, the first two steps are the same. On the “Display Service Requests” screen you can display your requests only OR with the “Advanced Search” you can look up any building for any time frame. Chapter 2

21 3) If you know the request #, enter it here. Chapter 2 4) If you know the requestor, enter it here. 5) The “Site” is always “WM” 6) The “Building” format is “xx00” (not OO) if you know it by heart, or click the building button for choices. 7) You will always want to put a start date in unless you want records back from ‘06.

22 You can scroll until you find it OR Type “Ctrl + F” (for “find”).

23 8) “Execute Query”

24 Status: Requested = Not processed Approved = Sent to the team Complete = Team has finished the work (and paperwork) Closed = All accounting has been finished Click on SR # to see details

25 You will see anything that has been added to the request.
