2. Chad  Chad is a landlocked country in central Africa. Chad is crippled by poverty. Even in the capital city, N’Djamena, which is the wealthiest part of Chad, there is rarely any electricity.

3. Poverty  80% of the people in Chad are in poverty.  Chad is the seventh poorest country in the world. The civil war destroyed the land and left many people with no money or food. They had to relay on crops but every year there is a drought and that destroys the crops.

4. Weather The northern part of Chad is mostly hot and Arid, but there is a wet season. The south is cool and moist with One very rainy season. Chad’s climate is hot and tropical. The hot weather causes drought.

5. Ways to help. This may be bad, but there are ways to help. You can donate money and clothes to charities Like Trocaire, Concern, Goal and Unicef. If you really want to help you can go to a country in poverty and build houses, Schools and wells. Please help. THE END.
