2 Living a healthy and active lifestyle involves..... taking part in physical activity (20mins x 3 a week) balanced diet sustaining friendships Avoiding harmful substances Having the ability to concentrate *TASK*- Using your booklet rate yourself by filling in the percentages out of 10 for each aspect of a healthy active lifestyle. 5 *TASK 1* Can you suggest reasons why people would take part in physical activity and put them into one of the categories? *TASK 2*- Discuss with the person next to you why YOU take part in sport- is it PHYSICAL, SOCIAL OR MENTAL or a mix of all?
