7 Vitamins You need a certain amount of vitamins to stay healthy. Too much vitamins won’t help and can cause some sickness. Many different types: Example: Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin C, etc. Different vitamin helps different part of the body like that vitamin A help your sight.
