9.  Invite ESOL teacher to staff meeting to present informational PowerPoint and discuss Language and Content Objectives with teachers (32% stated that were not comfortable in this area).  Collaborate with other schools to discuss content and technology use. This can be done through Edmodo groups, Google classroom, or school visits.  If you have multiple administrators during after school meetings, break the teachers into groups to discuss content, technology, etc. based on their grade, subject, and/or familiarity.  Suggest Kagan training to teachers who wish to increase classroom engagement.  Newer websites, such as TeachersPayTeachers and Pinterest, provide a variety of methods to motivate students, integrate the arts into the classroom, and reading and writing skills.  In an effort to complete cross curricular activities between the arts and the academics, a curriculum board may be displayed so grade level teachers and exploratory teachers may share what they are teaching.
