2 355 th Fighter Wing Davis-Monthan AFB 355 th Operations Group Train A/OA-10 pilots and provide close air support, air interdiction, forward air control, combat search/rescue, ground based tactical air control, and base operations EC-130H /EC-130E aircraft provides command, control and communications countermeasures in support of tactical forces 355 th Maintenance Group Directs component repair, equipment maintenance, sortie production, and overall daily maintenance operations for the 355 th Wing and associate units 355 th Mission Support Group Provides HR management, family support, education and community support Provides combat-ready communications, computer, network, and visual information Directs acquisition/administration of commodities, services and construction Provide force protection and security support Operates and maintains airfield, facilities and infrastructure Directs all wing transportation, supply and logistics planning functions 355 th Medical Group Ensures the combat medical readiness of the Desert Lightning Team for global contingencies

3 Davis-Monthan AFB Tenants 12 th Air Force/AFSOUTH – serves as the air and space component to US Southern Command –Responsible for Central America, South America, and the Caribbean –Battling narco-terrorism and humanitarian relief operations 563 rd Rescue Group (ACC) –Directs flying operations for the USAF’s only active duty rescue wing dedicated to Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) 943 rd Rescue Group (AFRC) –Provides leadership, management, policy, planning and standardization for operations, training and support for rescue assets consisting of HH-60G “Pave Hawk” helicopters 55 th Electronic Combat Group –Provides combat-ready EC-130H Compass Call aircraft, crews, maintenance and operational support to combatant commanders –Supports tactical air, ground and naval operations by confusing the enemy’s defenses and disrupting its command and control capabilities 309 Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) –One-of-a-kind specialized facility within AFMC –Provides critical aerospace maintenance and regeneration capabilities for Joint and Allied/Coalition warfighters
