2. Track your contracts with eContracts Search for contracts in multiple ways. Setup automatic notifications to yourself and others based on key contract dates. View contract and vendor information online. Use eContracts reports to support contract management. Review contract and related document images from eContracts.

5. View & Edit Contract Information Contract #, title, and vendor are always displayed at the top. View or update key information as needed. Clerk to the Board and Purchasing are responsible for adding contracts. Department staff will update their own contracts. Anyone can view contracts.

7. Dates & Amounts Key contract dates are used to for automatic notifications. Key contract data is retained to aide in contract management.

8. View & Edit Vendor Information Key vendor information is tracked. Multiple names and addresses are stored for vendor contacts.

9. View & Edit Vendor Insurance Add, change & view insurance information for vendors and their corresponding contracts. Expiration dates for insurance can be used for automatic notifications.

10. Set Notifications Notifications are based on key Contract Dates and/or Vendor Insurance dates. Number of notifications is virtually unlimited. Can be sent to: Yourself Others Distribution Groups eContracts generates email messages as each notification matures.

11. Imaged Documents & Reports Contract images are stored on the Questys System. Contract numbers are generated by eContract. eContract finds the images automatically using the linkage established at contract approval time. Documents in support of a contract can also be imaged and linked to eContract. eContracts provides a number of generic reports to assist tracking. Custom reports are easy to add to the system, merely click on the Feedback Link and send us an email requesting a report.
