6. Automated Case Distribution  Create a module which automatically assigns a case to a case manager upon registering a client. The assignment is done based on a defined set of rules (example: alpha split, diagnosis or number of cases assigned to a case manager).

7. Automated Case Distribution  Create other functions such as the ability to transfer a caseload, restrict assigning case to a specific user, and running caseload reports.

8. User Security  Create a web-based User Security module  Create a web-based User Security module which includes adding new security roles.

9. User Security  Creating new user profiles.  Redefining the procedure for creating user profiles by creating new Security Groups and Classes which permit users to access specified screens defined by their classification.

10. User Security  Create a new screen to allow System Administrators to select different menu options for a user profile or replicate from a security group, class, or user.  Creating a new screen to allow assignments and tracking of surrogate activities.

11. Appointment Scheduling  Create module which encompasses all functionality required for scheduling appointments.  Create a report generation function which allows a user to utilize data from the appointment scheduling module.  Create an option to generate appointment letters.

12. Batch Correspondence  Develop functionality to print correspondence in a batch mode.  Automatically print the next letter in a series of letters based on specified date.

13. Batch Correspondence  Direct letters to a specified printer for sorting, stuffing and zip code stamping.  Create reports to track the letters generated.

14. Medical Therapy Program (MTP) Module  Create a web based module to enter Medical Therapy activities such as add, modify, track and view client therapy data.  To schedule and track conferences by client or by conference.  Create a case note feature which will replace the current narratives.

15. Medical Therapy Program (MTP) Module  Included in the development will be the Patient Therapy Record generation process.  Develop security to ensure the proper user is accessing the correct module.  Create the ability to generate Medical Therapy reports.

16. File Merge Create a function to merge two cases when cases have been determined to be duplicates.

17. Future Closures  Ability to enter a future date for closures.  Create an automated method to cancel multiple SAR(s) after a case has been closed.  Create a list the SAR(s) ending on or after the case closure date and the ability to select the cancellation letter for printing.

18. Future Closures  Develop a method to print SAR System letters NOA or C-71 and MC 2134 automatically.  Automatically store for reprinting the letter after the closure.  Auto generate a closure narrative.

19. Label Printer Develop a system to generate a preformatted chart label when a patient is registered in the CMS Net system.
