16 A sample report We surveyed Class 5, Senior High 1 about the fitness of students. There are 44 students in their class, and we collected 40 quetionnaires. To our great happiness, most of the students never skip meals and they eat properly and take some exercise every day. 68.9% of them drink 6-8 glasses of water, which is good news.

17 But, what worries us most is that 60% of them don’t have enough sleep, less than 8 hours. I think both teachers and parents should pay attention to this problem. Another problem is that students tend to eat more sweets, which is bad for their teeth and may lead to being overweight. That’s all for our report.
