• Too much food makes you fat.  • Too many sweets are bad for you, especially for your teeth.  • Eat little high fat food and much fibre.  • A lot of  fruit and vegetables keep you healthy.  • Walking much makes you fit.  • Sleeping too much or too little can make  you nervous and restless.
