3 3 Guidelines for this presentation  Ensure that you address all sections mentioned in the presentation to the best of your abilities  There is no limit on the number of slides to be used per section  Please use actual circuit diagrams, design algorithms or assembly program, wherever possible, as we are looking at more practical aspects now  Your answers should be a step ahead of your approach note. Focus on ‘how’ as what has been answered in the approach note. Also, your answers to sections should tie up to provide the functionality desired  Please give comprehensive, yet specific answers to all the sections. Our jury is looking for very specific answers to specific problem statements. Please be as comprehensive as required  Please use as many relevant graphs/simulations as required. 4 4 Assumptions and Dependencies  State the assumptions you have made in conceptualizing the solution  Will your solution work only under some conditions?  What is the constraint model that you have selected to work under?  What are the limitations of the final work product that you are able to foresee? What support do you require to cover that limitation?

5 5 Background and Credentials  Please give a brief background about yourself, your team credentials and achievements of various team members

6 6 System Architecture In this section we expect you to:  Explain the system architecture  Flow of events/information  Modules of the system- Roles and working  Core processing unit- Working  Output generators- simulation results/circuit diagrams-actual  Test modes and results (Focus on how each part of this system architecture plays its role and solves the problem statement)

7 7 System Overview In this slide give a broad overview of the system:  Input / Output cycles  Core technologies to be used  Desired result-Indicators of success  Usage  Circuit diagrams/assembly program/code/flowchart

8 8 Sub systems  Please explain the sub-systems, their architecture and interface  Include circuit diagrams and blueprints of all the sub systems involved  Testing photographs/videos, if any, to be appended

9 9 Key Sensors to be used  Please mention in detail all the sensors that you expect to use- specification, justification, usage, price, availability and alternatives-current as well as future  How will these sensors be used? Share results of tests/simulations/models  Share the circuit assembly of the sensor and the coding program  IP/OP limits and success achieved

10 10 Control systems/strategy  Please describe the control systems/strategy used in the innovation  Control system – Diagrams and simulation tests to be added as annexures

11 11 Fault tolerance  Please describe what will constitute as a fault  How will the machine diagnose the fault?  What are the fault tolerance and damage limitation methodologies used?  Current state response to failure and corrective measures

12 12 Interface with external systems  How will the final product interact with the outside world- other driven cars, other driverless cars, traffic, pedestrians?  Can the device interact with other user devices like mobile, Laptops etc.?  How is it being ensured? What communication protocol will be used?  Current success with interfacing –what device, what usage?

13 13 Communication methodologies  Explain how various modules/sub systems communicate with each other  What technology/standards are you proposing to use?  Do a benefit analysis for the same, comparing with other options available  Share the code/algorithm and circuit assembly plans

14 14 Data Security and integrity  Are you using any data security/encryption techniques?  If yes where? In which module?  What is the data security model/framework that you are suggesting for the particular module/sub system?

15 15 Computing resources and strategy  Please mention the computing resources you are likely to use. These can be any software systems and interfaces that you wish to use

16 16 Simulation/Test results  Please attach and describe simulation/test results  In case of failure, please explain possible reasons for failure and methods to overcome the same  Any other simulation/tests planned?

17 17 Overall development plan  Next steps- as per plan  Timelines and Milestones- what will happen when(discuss with jury)  Support required and alternatives

18 18 Financing avenues  Please detail here what are the financing avenues your team will utilize for completion of the challenge  In this regard, please mention any developments or possible developments as well
