3 Make a table of contents page like the one shown here. You will create a table of contents on the next four pages. Table of Contents DateActivityPage#Done

5 Next, glue in the Scoring Guides and Rubrics

6 Label the Bottom outside corners of your notebook. Front to Back. For now STOP at 50 12

24 The RIGHT SIDE comes from me and should only contain information given or “input” from Mr. Giacobbe. Nothing else should be placed on this page! The RIGHT SIDE will contain all the TESTABLE material.

25 The RIGHT side of the notebook contains information given to you by me. This is the ESSENTIAL information that will DEFINITELY, TOTALLY, ABSOLUTELY be on a quiz or test. Nothing else should go on this side.

28 What do I do if I am absent? If you are absent, it is your responsibility to obtain the assignments from a homework partner, study-buddy, or the instructor. Find a buddy from this class and exchange phone numbers and/or e-mail addresses so that you can help each other stay current!
