The following is the order of an address;
a.Name of the person or the company
b. The name of the house (if any )
c. The number of the house followed by the name of the street.
d. The name of the village or district.
e. Postal code ( if any )
f. The province or the state or the city name ( big city )
g. The country name ( if it is sent abroad )
Example :
Mr. Smith,
1 Green Avenue
Buffalo City,
B.E.C.5 Ar,
U. S. A

3. There are five principal ways of writing the date:
a. Friday, 15th March,
b. 15th March 1985
c. March 15th, 1985
d. March 15, 1985 e

4. 3. The Salutation Dear John, My dear Hamzah, Dearest Hamzah,
My dearest,
etc.

5. The body of the letter.
Paragraphing
There are two main style:
1. Intended style

6. Block style :

7. ex . Yours, Yours ever, Yours very sincerely, Sincerely yours, Love,
5. The complimentary Close

8. 6 The signature 7. Postscripts
Postscrips are used if there is something important forgotten in the letter. They are placed under the signature on the left hand side.
The word P.S. which stands for post scriptum is initiated above the message.
