Offices separately track proposals generated and received (duplication of effort) Lag time when returning proposals for correction Inconsistencies: SIS entries differ from catalog Contact Academic Affairs to review approved curriculum forms (inconsistencies, degree audit purposes, etc.) Previously attempted to implement electronic form and approval process

4 Curriculog: Overview Introduced to Curriculog at IACRAO two years ago
Curriculog is an electronic curriculum approval process Functional offices can easily adapt the proposal forms and update the approval processes and approval roles Integration with online catalog (Acalog) and SIS Pulls current course/program info from catalog and pushes approved revisions into new catalog Transparency Tracking Easy access to approved (and in progress) proposals

Approximately 6 month implementation 3 training sessions and 3 consultation sessions Digital Architecture completed the initial set up of the forms and approval processes Testing and modifications
