2 Student Activity Code of Conduct This describes what allows students to be eligible for: 1.Playing Sports 2.Participating in the Band 3.Attending Field Trips 4.Joining/Maintaining Membership in Clubs

3 PBIS on School Activity & Code of Conduct Ready Understand what it means to be eligible to play. Respectful Inform Coaches and Sponsors if you are temporarily ineligible to play/participate. Responsible Pass your courses so you can play sports or participate in activities. Maintain good behavior to avoid ISS or OSS placement

4 School Policy on Activities 1.Academic Requirements - Must pass 2.5 classes the previous semester 2.Attendance - Must attend school the day of the event to participate. 3.Discipline -OSS – restricted from practice and/or play -ISS – restricted from play

5 Who does What and Where? This section will illustrate the School Staff’s responsibilities so students will know where to go for assistance with those matters.

6 School Counselor: Ms. Amanda Williams Schedule Issues College & Technical School Classes and Admissions Course Opt-Out Counseling: Depression, Suicide, Bullying, Grief, Abuse, Neglect, etc..

13 Book Keeper: Mrs. Sherri Godwin School Accountant Unless you are picking up something or dropping off something for a teacher… you will never need her services.

14 Work Based Learning: Dr. Trudy Smith Work-based Learning (WBL) How to Get on WBL. (must be 11 th or 12 th grade) 1)Get a job 2)Get WBL application from Dr. Smith 3)Complete paperwork & submit to Dr. Smith 4)If approved, Dr. Smith will arrange for the Guidance office to change your schedule.
