5. What is the purpose of a Development Visit? Discuss a specific framework Provide advice and support on –Delivery –Internal Assessments They are not intended to –Setting exams/assessments –Appeals

Prior Verification New framework will require new assessment instruments to be written New form for prior verification request under development All centres contacted in October 2010 regarding key dates for Prior Verification Currently free of charge Please consider sharing your AIs with colleagues in other centres

7. EV visits Most centres were contacted by December informing them of EV visits during this academic session Not a huge visiting EV level of activity EV part of your team

8. Network Events We are keen to have as many centres involved as possible. Appreciate that most centres are facing financial cuts Important to create and develop relationships with colleagues in other centres to ease the burden
