4 3) Create a Family Great leaders care about those that work with them, not only as players/staff, but as people. They also take an active interest in the lives of their personnel, like family, hobbies, and dreams. They rejoice with them, hurt with them, and show concern when it is needed. 5 4) Develop a Team Behind every great team, you ’ ll find a great leader. How do you take a group of “ my right ” players and convince them to sacrifice what they could do for themselves, and instead do what they should do for the group?
