13. Web Advertising CSI National currently has no guidelines for chapters or regions other than to ask that they use their best judgment in who advertises. Many chapters have been advertising. Phoenix chapter has developed the best guidelines so far. Banners can cycle between different images by using GIF files – otherwise they are static. No content other than a single image file may be used (No video or text + image)
