Client Services Refer to Job Aid: CHRIS_R2.6_eR2C_Priority-CS-JA Priority is entered at the ‘Add Service/Add Agency’ step The priority is entered for the referral and applies to ALL agencies in that referral. When adding additional agencies to a referral, users can update the Priority Value and the new value will apply to all agencies and updated in HPG (‘Send Update’ not required)
