Registration Process Use the paper form to capture data Visit www.y-e.org.uk/company or https://yeonline.y-e.org.ukwww.y-e.org.uk/companyhttps://yeonline.y-e.org.uk Use the ‘ Select a Programme Type ’ drop-down menu and select ‘ Company Programme ’ to open the registration page Complete the Steps Receive Welcome Emails

3. Start Confirm that you have all of the necessary information by ticking the 7 boxes They turn into green ticks Press ‘Confirm’

4. Start continued You are given a return username and code Make a note of this in case you need to stop the registration and come back at a later date To use the return code, enter the details here

5. Step 1 Enter all or part of your centre name (school/college) Press Find You will be presented with a drop-down list of YE registered centres that match your search criteria Select your centre and press ‘Add Centre Information’ If your centre is not listed, press ‘search again’ and use shortened criteria

6. Step 1 continued Add your Centre Lead details (teacher/tutor) Use this button to add another centre (if you have students from multiple centres) OR another Centre Lead (if you have more than one teacher/tutor associated with a company) Press ‘Save’ Press ‘Next Step’

7. Step 2 Add the company name o This can be changed at a later date on YE Online Select whether the company will operate as a traditional (commercial profit making) company or a Social Enterprise o This can be changed BEFORE shares are sold Press ‘Save & Continue’

8. Step 3 Add student details You must add at least 6 participants and no more than 25 Press ‘Save student & add another’ until you have listed each participant Click ‘Next step’ You will be asked to confirm that you have added everyone

9. Step 4 Add Business Adviser details Add the 6 digits of the Volunteer VR Number Press Find The Adviser will be added Add an email address if desired – They will then receive a personal welcome email and YE Online login details Add any more advisers as required, in the same way Press ‘Save and Continue’

10. Confirmation View a summary of your registration details Welcome emails are sent automatically o The Centre Lead receives an email with the usernames and passwords for every company member o Business Advisers and Students receive a personal email with login details – only if they provided an email address
