2. The basic’s of Labcliq Labcliq is Internet Browser dependent. It is designed to work best using either Safari browser or Google Chrome browser. (If you use Internet Explorer as your browser the program will not function properly.)

3. The basic’s of Labcliq First, make sure you have a username and password and confirm that you can log in to Labcliq. You full BU email address is your username. If you can not log in, follow the link to reset password. Once you request a password reset return to your BU email account to proceed.

4. The audit process The Environmental Specialist will be conducting the audits campus wide. The inspections are mandated to be preformed at least annually. In many cases, especially, science research labs, audits will be conducted bi-annually. Once an audit has been completed for your lab (it is your lab if you are listed as the Principal Investigator) an email will be automatically generated detailing the audit. The following people will receive the email, the P.I., the building administrator, and to the Environmental Specialist.

5. Two Types of Reports There are two types of emails generated after an audit. The distinction between them is subtle. The email will either contain one hyperlink to take the user to labcliq. Or it will contain two hyperlinks to take the user to labcliq.

6. Below is an example of the email generated by labcliq. Specific room and building information will be different for each person and place. However the format is the same. In the email to the right, please note that there is only one hyperlink. This means that no corrective actions (infractions) need to be addressed. If you choose you can follow this link to labcliq, sign-in, and review the report.
