The supply of olive is low and instable. Agro-processing (3):

There are three quail producers, but in this sector processing plants are very poor conditions; they need hygenic slaugthering equipments, cold storage system, and packing and labeling equipments. There is also a small turkey producer that is only one in Cyprus; this enterprise needs modern and hygenic slaughtering, choping, packing and labeling equipments.
