PAGE NUMBERS – Label the first five pages A-E (first page = A, second page = B…). Count the back as a page, so page A = first page, page B = back of the first page. IMPORTANT INFO: 1) If you do not have a notebook buy one from me for 50 cents. 2) If you don’t have the 50 cents with you then I’ll give you an index card and you can write your name on it and get me the money me later.

3 Notebook Setup Task: 1. Write your name on the front and inside cover of your notebook. 2. At the top of page A and page B write CHAMPs. 3. Divide both pages in half horizontally.
