A storyboard is an essential tool to communicate the activities and successes of a team, that’s progressing through AM implementation. The content for the board needs to be chosen by the team, and may change from department to department. The boards needs to updated on a regular basis and reflect the AM activities that are taking place. The board should also be located in a position where the whole team can view the information.
