7. Getting Relay Word Out Yard Signs—available at team captain meetings for you to take Facebook-can send out event invitation to all your contacts Brochures/Flyers-these are available at team captain meetings for you to have and distribute

8. Team Challenger Definition: You recruit a new team and if they all get registered and Their commitment fees pain, then you are eligible to choose from a fleece jacket or sleeping bag. Forms are available at Team captain meetings.

Luminary Ceremony -Need 2 volunteers to staff table at the day of the event and you will get 500 spirit bucks -Last year we had 1.075 -You can decorate luminaria bags but we need to have them back by bank night at the latest and you can bring deocarated ones to any of the team captain meetings -Trophy will be awarded to the person who sells the most luminarias -If people purchase luminarias online, you do not need to email Dick and his crew those names -Luminarias that you sell that money goes towrd your fundraising goal -When emailing names in, please make a column for “In Memory Of” and one for “In Honor Of”
