3.  The necessity of such a centre is due to several reasons:  The poor condition of spoken and written language  Lack of establishments dealing with language practice and offering proper services  A growing number of enterprises and individuals searching for specific language services  Current demands of Lithuanian emigrants and foreigners for teaching (learning)
