System-3 has been working in education travel market since 1994. System-3 is a founder member of a Russian Association of International Education (RAIE). Arnold Rubinstein is the Board member of the association. We participated in the work of FELCA ( Federation of Education and Language Consultants Associations) from the very beginning of its work. Our deputy director Izabella Lauterpakht was one of the Vice –Presidents of the organization. We presented Russian market at NAFSA Conference in San Diego in 2000. We’ve been a member of IALTA since 1997.
The main destinations for sending students are Great Britain, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, USA, South Africa and Switzerland. We send juniors from the age of 7, university students, professionals and executives to language schools and professional programs. Average number of individuals sent per year is 200. We provide counseling and placement service for secondary schools and university placement in different countries.
Being one of the oldest and successful private language schools (founded in 1989) in Moscow we have opportunity for language level assessment and if necessary provide pre-course preparation. System -3 successfully works in corporate language training market. Our clients are LUKOIL, ALSTOM, NTV-television channel, Proctor and Gamble, Rechau, Rittal and other Russian and foreign companies based in Moscow.
Our main purpose is to work with quality education providers. We regularly visit our partner institutions and take part in 7-8 international workshops every year. Our main promotional strategy is organizing presentations for potential clients and taking part in student fairs dedicated to different target groups (undergraduate students, postgraduate students, top and mid-management of companies, parents with children, adult clients with different interests). We work extensively with modern promotional tools such as internet promotion. We translate materials for our web-site to make it accessible to Russian speaking clients.
3 members of our staff have completed successfully a British Council Professional Development Program in Promoting Education and Training. System-3 has an office in Moscow but our clients are from all over Russia. Our marketing strategy 20 Student Fairs per year in Moscow and other cities of Russia and Kazakhstan. Fairs dedicated to certain target groups: - post Graduate Students - undergraduate Students - executives - school Age Students - rofessionals
Presentations to promote our partner organizations in different parts of Russia. Renovated and upgraded web-site FLUENT.RU Contains around 700 pages of easy access information about educational institutions. Use different internet search resources for the promotion of the web-site In the modern world active web-site brings us clients from all over Russian speaking space.
