2 2 Development Latvia Culture college - one of the most experienced and rich in traditions colleges in Latvia, is offering modern cultural education according to the demands of labour market. LCC was founded in 1946 as Latvia School of Cultural Employees. According to the rapid changes in political situation, the reorganization was carried out in 1990 (Latvia Culture school) and some innovative curricula were developed and introduced relevant to the demands of the new economical situation and labour market. In 2003 finally we meet Latvia Culture college – complex of strong tradition and modern way of thinking, programmes and team.
