It can be used to predict video and voice performance, as well identify network related problems. zNumerical Addressing Space Management Team Design, manage, and allocate ViDe.Net numerical address space and supporting routing schemes. Identify which organizations and research networks will be responsible for managing national gatekeepers, as well as allocating super-space addresses.
