3  Brain drain is also known as “The human capital flight”. It can be simply defined as the mass emigration of skilled people from one country to another country.

4  World War II  Europe witnessed Brain Drain after World War II, because Europe was completely shattered and it was a “down and out” Situation for various European countries.  At that time countries like Australia, United States of America and Russia presented huge working opportunities for skilled people of Europe  As a result many European Engineers, Doctors, Skilled workers, scientists etc migrated to other countries.

5  Population  A person with no skill and no capability is not an asset for a country  Educational policy and HRD policy  Educations system of a country do not match with employment policy & HRD of government  Government  Corrupt political systems  Destructive activity  Destructive activity like war, Terrorist attacks etc.

6  Lose of its inner strength  Scarcity of educated and proficient people in country.  Country suffer due to unavailability of doctors and engineers.  Negative impact  Multi National Companies avoid coming in such nation due to lack of capable workforce

8  Money  Money the emigrants have sent back home has helped in alleviating poverty in their homes.  Opportunities increase  Citizens of country can find good employment within the country only.

9  Poverty  Limited opportunities.  Skill  The chances of skill Waste are possible  shortage of skilled people.

10  OPPORTUNITIES  Create opportunities.  AVOID DESTRUCTIVE ACTIVITY  Destructive activity like war, Terrorist attacks etc.  GOVERNMENT  Educations system.  International communities.

11  Basically, Brain Drain is curse for developing nations.  Provide enough work opportunities and living facilities.  For this purpose, developed nations should help developing countries with necessary money and resources. So that each and every human of this planet can have good standard of living and each and every nation can introduce itself as a developed nation
