11  Birthday treats are always welcome! We will share them in the morning when we have time.  Class Parties include:  Halloween Party  Winter Party  Valentine’s Day  Please see volunteer sheets on the back table to contribute We have 23 students in our class.

12  Homework is always written on the board; It is the student’s responsibility to write the homework down and complete it at home each day  Please check the assignment book each night  100 Book Challenge every day (at least 15 lines per week)  KidBiz (2 Articles per week)  Language Arts (Spelling, Daily Edits, Grammar practice, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, etc.)

13  Student’s responsibility to see me during recess, collect missed work, and ask for help  Extra help/study time available with me any day at recess  Continue encouraging your child to develop a sense of responsibility  Missed homework?  Students sign the “Missed Homework Log”  Stay in for recess to complete work

14  Sent home with students each Monday with important papers for families to review that night  All tests/quizzes must be signed and returned  Includes “Fridge Facts.” Please review and return bottom portion each Tuesday so I know you have read it
