Each tenant has available attributes related to Call duration restriction according to call types Restriction CO call can be restricted according to the call type. Call Type can be defined with Call Prefix Table (Local/Long/International) Call Type – No Restriction / All Call / Long + International call / international call Service after Restriction time It provides the operation when a restriction timer is expired. Restriction & Service Call Duration Restriction (PGM134-F4, based on DN)-Enable/Disable Restriction - Call is restricted according to call type and call type is defined with prefix table. Normal CO Line - Call is restricted according to call type with Local/Long/International Prefix Table. Dedicated Line - Restriction or No restriction Service after Restriction time (with Call Type) Single Tone & Continue Conversation Repeat Tone & Continue Conversation Single Tone &Disconnect Timer (with Call Type) Tone Repeat Time – This is used when Service is set to Repeat Tone. Forced Disconnect Time – This is used when Service is Disconnect Conversation Call Restriction Time – Service is provided when this timer is expired.

Local/Long/Int. Call Prefix Table Local Call Prefix Table If a dialed number is matched with this table, the call type is set to local call. Max 50. prefix code is provided about each tenant. a prefix code is max 4 digits. Long Call Prefix Table the call type is set to long call. International Call Prefix Table the call type is set to International call.

CO Hold Recall Incoming CO Call Calling Party Station 1000 External party calls station 1000 and talks. Station 1000 holds the CO call by pressing [HOLD] button and goes on hook. External party hears ‘Normal Hold Tone (CO)’ (PGM 290 – 55) for the tone timer. If the tone timer expires, station 1000 receives a hold recall ring. If station is under No Answer Forward (Normal, Pilot Hunt, or Preset Forward), call forward no answer timer (PGM ) is assigned. (Default is 15 sec) If call forward no answer timer expires, call goes to the forward destination. Otherwise, ‘Recall Ring (CO)’ (PGM ) timer is assigned.
