2. Due to a recent Court action, the State will not be implementing payments for overtime, travel time, and wait time for IHSS providers at this time. The “hours cap” of 61 hours per week for each provider will not go into effect at this time. Authorized hours worked will be paid at the regular hourly rate of $11.50, and travel and wait time will not be paid. This means providers will be paid the same way they were in 2014. The IHSS program will notify you if and when there are any further changes.

To be eligible for Direct Deposit, you must have: a checking or savings account; and worked for IHSS for at least 90 days The Direct Deposit form can be downloaded at http://www.cdss.ca.gov/agedblinddisabled/PG1719.htm Once established, if you DO NOT have any timesheet activity for 60 days, your Direct Deposit will be cancelled.
