Sustain Presentations by the UN, NGOs and IOs were good and informative Involvement and interaction with NGOs, POs, PVOs and donor organization to continue in MPAT The CCC functions should continue to be included in the exercise Talks on academic subjects were good and should continue Lessons Learnt (LL) presentations on Unified Assistance was beneficial and affected countries should make similar presentation in order to bring out their perspectives. Host organization was excellent

15. Improve Future conferences members to form more than one composite syndicate of C3FOPS/C5/CCC. CCC was sidelined towards end of conference and considered less regarded Short country presentation during ice breaker Keep presentations short Clear guidelines and framework to guide group discussion Include civilian police in future MPAT Include visits to organizations responsible for early warning for tsunami, typhoons/cyclones, etc.. Academic subjects should be done in one setting only. However, there should a break to maintain attentiveness. Invitations to MPAT events to be sent 2 months earlier to afford country preparations. Venue and accommodation be co-located. Social function be conducted at start of conference to allow delegates from each country to introduce themselves in an informal setting. Presentation on LL for recent UN operations should be organized.
