A testable explanation for a specific problem or question, based on what has already been learned.

Example:
If the age of the students increase than the time a student takes to complete a jigsaw puzzle will decrease because as student’s age they learn to identify and place object better.

5. Notes (Right Side) Procedures:
Detailed directions of how to do an experiment so that another person can repeat it exactly.
1) By making a list of all the actions required.
2) By making a flow chart of all the actions required.
Procedures should include:
What and when a measurement is recorded.
An Experimental Control Group.

Inconclusive: I cannot draw a conclusion.
Uses data from the data table as evidence to support the decision in step 1.
Describes problems with the procedures (experimental error).
Describes possible laboratory improvements.
Describes the data’s relationship to the real world and other experiments that may stem from the data in the future
