2 Federal Aviation Administration DCIT Processes and Standards Timeline Items: DCIT Agenda – Start Four Weeks Prior to next DCIT Meeting 1.First draft of DCIT agendas A.Will start two weeks after DCIT meeting has ended and four weeks prior to next meeting. B.Draft agendas to be distributed two weeks prior to DCIT meeting to Working Groups and OMWG. C.Final Plenary Agenda to be sent two weeks prior, pending Program Approval. D.FINAL working groups and OMWG agenda to be vetted through Team Leads and distributed one week prior. Track additions (pop-up items) that are added after the Program Approval.

3 Federal Aviation Administration DCIT Processes and Standards Action Items 1.Distributed the week immediately following the DCIT – Send out new actions, along with existing action updates, to action recipients. 2.New actions and action updates into SharePoint by two-week DCIT materials due date. A.Redistribute spreadsheet two weeks prior to DCIT to request updates from recipients. A second distribution to be sent one week prior. B.Any actions that still need to be updated will be sent on an individual basis after this time. Minutes Review 1.DCIT Meeting minutes due to Harris two weeks after the meeting. (Typically the 2 nd Friday after.) 2.Distribute minutes to the Chairs/Leads same time as to Harris. A.Chairs and Leads have one week to edit. B.Once the week is due, Harris sends official minutes to the FAA. Plenary minutes and materials to the DCIT Website upon program approval.

Minutes to be posted once Co-Chairs and Leads have reviewed. 1.Email to Working Groups once Minutes are posted to the Harris SharePoint. Information Book containing logistics and meeting details to be sent one week prior.

5 Federal Aviation Administration DCIT 36 Working Group Agenda – Day 2 4 Weeks Prior 2 Weeks Prior 1 Week Prior DCIT Meeting Week After 2 nd Week After 3rd Week After Send First Draft Agenda to Co-Chairs and Leads “Draft” Final Agenda to Co-Chairs and Leads Final Published Plenary Agenda distributed to Master List upon Program and Co-Chair approval. Final Published Agenda t(All segments) to Co-Chairs and Leads. Track additional add-ons after this point. Logistics info book distributed. Gather new actions, minutes and materials. Send new actions and current action updates to recipients by the Monday following the DCIT meeting. Send First Draft Agenda to Co- Chairs and Leads. New Actions and updates into Harris SharePoint. DCIT Meeting minutes due to Harris and Co- Chairs/Leads. One week to edit. Harris edits and submits minutes to FAA.
