3 What is Classrooms? Classrooms is a module of Schoolnet that: Provides teachers with standards-based instructional tools, lessons and best practices Delivers class and student level data to the teacher’s desktop Provides teachers the information they need anytime and anywhere 24/7 3

6 Analysis Spreadsheet 6 You can view your students in a spreadsheet of pre- selected column sets set up by the district or click Advanced to set up your own. Can view entire section or filter by a saved Student Group.

7 Using the Analysis Spreadsheet 7 Edit, delete and add columns (up to 20) Sort by clicking a column header Export to Excel Batch print Student Profiles Drill down to Student Profiles

8 Try It Out: Analysis Spreadsheet 8 Questions for Understanding What do the student names link to? When you add a column, do you have to make a selection in every drop-down? Practice Generate a spreadsheet of pre-defined columns and then edit it to replace or add a few columns.
